We can help
Chain World is developed by Ivan Taranets under the studio name GWL Games. For help, email info@gwl-games.com.
Include the Save ID shown in game settings (for example, CW-7), device model, Android and app versions, and a short description of the issue. The Save ID is a reference for support, not a sign-in credential. A screenshot can help. For purchase problems, include the Google Play order reference if available. Never send an installation credential, purchase token, password, full payment-card details, or a service-account key.

Purchases and restoration
Coin packs are consumable purchases. No Ads + Offline is a one-time purchase that removes interstitial ads and unlocks downloaded offline levels in the Android app. It has no recurring subscription charge. The price and currency shown by Google Play at checkout apply.
- Connect to the internet and use the Google Play account that made the purchase.
- Open Chain World on the device. No Chain World registration or sign-in is required.
- Open the in-game shop and choose Check purchases.
- Wait for purchase verification, then allow offline files to download.
Check purchases restores the permanent No Ads + Offline upgrade after verification with Google Play, including after a reinstall or on another device using the purchasing Google Play account. It does not add a previously delivered coin pack a second time. Progress and the remaining coin balance belong to the installation’s saved game and do not automatically transfer with this upgrade. If a completed purchase has not appeared, do not immediately buy it again; contact us with its order reference. A pending payment must complete before the item is granted.
03 · Downloaded levels
Playing without a connection
Offline play requires a verified No Ads + Offline purchase and successfully downloaded content. The first download includes game files, the tutorial, and up to ten published levels near your current progress. A progress bar and percentage show this initial download. Other available levels download in the background while the app remains open and connected.
- Use a stable connection and leave enough free storage on your phone.
- Keep Chain World open until the initial download finishes.
- Before travelling, open the game online to verify access and finish any remaining downloads.
Offline play is limited to downloaded levels. The shop, ads, daily rewards, and coin transactions need a connection. Optional rewarded ads still require internet after the purchase. Offline progress synchronizes when you reconnect.
If a download was interrupted, reconnect and reopen the game to continue. Ordinary Android app updates preserve the installation identity. Clearing app data, uninstalling, a factory reset, or clearing browser cookies can remove that identity and access to its progress and remaining coins, as well as local downloads and unsynchronized progress. Restoring the permanent upgrade does not restore a lost installation’s progress or reissue consumed coin purchases. Without the offline purchase, an internet connection is required to start the game.
04 · Advertising and billing
Ads, privacy, and refunds
No Ads + Offline removes interstitial advertising. It leaves optional rewarded ads available when you choose an offer for in-game help. A reward requires confirmation from the ad system; closing an ad before that condition is met does not grant it.
Use Privacy choices in the game settings when shown to review advertising consent. Android’s advertising settings provide additional identifier controls. Read the Chain World Privacy Policy for details.
For a Google Play purchase refund, follow Google Play’s refund instructions or contact us with the order reference. Eligibility depends on the transaction and applicable law. A refunded or reversed purchase can remove the corresponding items or access after verification.
05 · Your saved game
Request game-data deletion
Chain World now starts without player registration. A random installation identity connects the device to its saved game. You can request deletion of that server player record and associated data, including relevant records from an older Chain World account, by contacting support.
- Email info@gwl-games.com with the subject Chain World Data Deletion.
- Include the Save ID from game settings (shown as “Код сохранения” in Russian), if available. If the issue involves a purchase, you may include its Google Play order reference. For a legacy account, provide its former username or email address if known.
- State that you want the player record and associated game data deleted. Tell us whether you can still open the original installation. Support will explain any information needed to identify the record and verify your request.
Opening an email link does not delete data or send a message automatically. Send the email; support will verify the request and reply. Do not include installation credentials, purchase tokens, or passwords. A Save ID locates a record and is not sufficient by itself to authorize deletion.
Deletion covers the identifiable installation/player record, saved progress, gameplay records and balance, and relevant legacy account details. Limited purchase, transaction, or security records may be retained where necessary for legal obligations, refunds/disputes, or fraud prevention, and only for as long as that purpose requires. See our retention policy.
Deleting the saved game removes access to its progress and remaining coins. It does not automatically refund purchases or delete Google Play’s own transaction history. Restoring the permanent upgrade later can create the records needed to provide that access again. Tell support before deletion if you need purchase assistance.
To remove local game data, use Android’s app-storage controls or uninstall the app; for the web game, clear its site data. This is separate from deleting the server record. Contact support before clearing storage so you can still supply information from the original installation. If the installation identity has already been lost, support may be unable to identify or verify ownership of its pseudonymous record from a device model alone.
