01 · The game
Using Chain World
These Terms apply to Chain World for Android, the web game, and related services provided by Ivan Taranets under the studio name GWL Games. Contact: info@gwl-games.com.
You may use the game for personal entertainment in accordance with these Terms and applicable law. Game artwork, software, and other content remain the property of their respective rights holders. You may not exploit security flaws, falsify purchase receipts or rewards, distribute unauthorized copies, or interfere with other users or the service.
If you are not legally able to enter into these Terms or make a purchase yourself, involve a parent or guardian as required by applicable law.
02 · Your progress
Your device and saved data
The game starts without player registration or sign-in. A randomly generated installation identity links the device to its saved game on our server, including progress, coins, and lives. Local storage keeps settings, cached content, and offline progress until synchronization. Where a valid session from an older version is available, the update can retain that player’s progress and balance while switching to the installation identity.
Ordinary Android updates retain that identity. Uninstalling, clearing app data or browser cookies, resetting the phone, or changing devices can remove access to the identity and its progress and remaining coins. Unsynchronized data may be lost. This system does not guarantee permanent recovery based on the physical phone. Restoring the permanent upgrade through Google Play does not automatically restore a lost installation’s saved game or reissue previously delivered coins.
Information handling is explained in the Privacy Policy. You can request deletion of saved game data through our support page. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address fraud, unlawful conduct, or serious interference with the game, subject to your legal rights.
03 · In-game items
Coins and the permanent upgrade
The Android app offers purchases through Google Play. Check the product description, quantity, local currency, and total price shown at checkout before confirming. Google processes payment. Items are provided after a completed purchase has been verified; pending or cancelled payments do not grant items.
Coins are consumable virtual items used for eligible game actions. They are not money, cannot be redeemed for cash, and do not automatically transfer between separate installations. Restoring purchases does not grant already-delivered coins again.
It removes interstitial ads and enables offline play with downloaded levels in the Android app. It is not a monthly or yearly subscription. Optional rewarded ads remain available online and are not included as free rewards.
The intended US base price of the upgrade is US$9.99; the actual local price shown by Google Play applies. Permanent access means there is no recurring fee for this upgrade; it does not promise that every future product or service will be included.
04 · Content and connection
Offline access and advertising
A connection is required to buy or restore the upgrade and download content. After purchase verification, the game prioritizes the tutorial and up to ten published levels near your current progress. Other available content downloads while the app is open and connected, subject to network and storage availability.
Only downloaded content can be played offline. Coin transactions, daily rewards, purchases, restoration, and rewarded advertising require internet access. Offline progress is saved locally for later synchronization. Reinstallation or clearing app data requires purchase restoration and another download.
In the standard game, interstitial advertising can appear between game sessions. Rewarded advertising is optional and depends on ad availability, a connection, and applicable privacy choices. Rewards are provided when the advertising system confirms completion of its reward condition.
05 · Purchase help
Restoration and refunds
To restore the permanent upgrade, connect to the internet, use the Google Play account that bought it, and choose Check purchases in the shop. No Chain World sign-in is required. Verified permanent access can be restored after reinstalling or on another device; coins already delivered are not granted again. Contact support if verification fails or purchased coins do not arrive.
Refunds are handled under Google Play’s refund rules and applicable consumer law. These Terms do not exclude mandatory withdrawal, warranty, or refund rights. If a purchase is refunded or reversed, the associated coins or upgrade access may be withdrawn after verification.
06 · Updates and contact
Availability and your legal rights
Levels, app features, and technical requirements may change as the game is maintained. Network services can be interrupted, and updates may be needed to keep online features working. We will respect any notice and remedies required by applicable law when making material changes.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited. Any revised Terms will be published here with an updated date; additional notice or agreement will be requested where required.
